Lynne Zagami Riquelme '00

Lynne Zagami Riquelme '00 has practiced what she preaches. Lynne’s unique perspective comes from combining her experience in a growing company and in law firms. Lynne has represented companies of all stages – from startup to public – and investors of all sizes – from angel to buyout. And having participated in the management of an emerging technology company, she understands that these companies and the investors who partner with them have particular needs.

So what’s been keeping Lynne busy?

·         She has worked on both sides of investment transactions of all sizes, ranging from seed to buyout. Her goal is to help businesses grow, and her approach is always practical and hands-on.

·         She has advised entrepreneurs on a wide variety of business matters, including licensing transactions, equity compensation and corporate governance.

·         She’s a strong believer in the power of good service. So she works hard to build good relationships with clients by communicating and keeping an eye on the big picture.

Before joining the firm, Lynne served as Director of Client Services at Brightleaf Corporation, creator of document automation software for law firms. Lynne was also a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and Brown Rudnick LLP, where her work involved venture capital and private equity deals, public company representation and counseling emerging growth companies.

When she’s not in the office, Lynne can be found up and out early for a run, or taking in the Boston restaurant scene with her family. She loves a good Broadway show and a scenic round of golf (as long as her husband doesn’t win).
