Supporting Structure and Services
The AASC provides concrete support and services for clubs and groups with the goal of helping them do their work of keeping alumnae connected each other and to the college.

The AASC maintains a list of all club and affinity group presidents or contacts. Request a list of clubs and groups leaders.

The AASC will keep important historical documents for each organization, including the letter of determination from the IRS, a copy of bylaws and all amendments, current and past annual reports, and copies of newsletters.

Annual Reports
Every year volunteers are required to fill out and return annual programming and financial reports and contact lists after elections.
Traditional Smith clubs are self-funded organizations chartered through a set of bylaws and governed by an elected set of officers.

Alumnae names, addresses, and biographical information are entrusted to the AASC by each individual alumna. This information is protected and confidential. All information, regardless of the form in which it is released, is subject to the rules and regulations regarding confidentiality.
