Alumnae who live locally, or who visit Smith, are welcome to use the various facilities on campus. These include the libraries, the art museum, Ainsworth/Scott Gymnasium, the Smith College Club dining room, the Alumnae House, and the Grécourt Bookshop. Alumnae should obtain the Smith College One Card at the One Card office in Stoddard Hall (413-585-3082) to borrow from the libraries or to purchase a gym membership. Remember to bring your photo ID when applying for the One Card.
Libraries
Alumnae are welcome to use the Smith College libraries for onsite consultation, including all publicly available electronic catalogues and databases. There is no charge for a borrower’s card but the card must be renewed annually. The One Card or borrower’s card allows alumnae to borrow materials in person; the libraries do not lend materials to alumnae by mail. For interlibrary loan services, alumnae should contact their local public libraries. Library hours and descriptions of collections are available at www.smith.edu/libraries.
