Registration
 
Register early to receive a discount on your bed & breakfast and meal fees. The early bird deadline for 2010 is March 31st. You must register by the deadline to qualify for the early bird rates. If you wish to add meals, housing, or Alumnae College reservations after the early bird deadline, you must do so via phone or email.  Higher prices will prevail for any additional reservations after the early bird deadline.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We cannot accept registrations over the phone. If you are registering for another classmate as well as yourself, please complete a separate registration for each classmate you register.
 
'1776' Class
Alumnae who are not in one of the official reuning classes (those ending in 0 and 5, and the Ada Comstock alumnae class) but would like to attend Reunion can do so as a '1776er.'  Nametags will be provided by the Alumnae Association.  There is no class registration fee or class meals for '1776' attendees; they may register for All Reunion meals (Thursday dinner, Friday lunch and Sunday brunch).

Fees
 
Alumnae Association Registration Fee: This mandatory fee helps the AASC defray the costs
associated with Reunion not included in the campus housing fee. $18.00
 
Housing Fee: If you register before March 30th $135 - - After March 30th $160
Note: One reservation equals one bed for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights and cannot be prorated on a per-night basis. All returning alumnae will be grouped by senior house whenever possible.
 
Meal Fees: Meal prices vary by class and meal with a lower price for alumnae who register prior ot the March 30th early bird deadline.
 
Class Registration Fee: This mandatory fee, set by your class Reunion committee, helps your
class fund the cost of its Reunion program. Fee varies by class
 
Life Members of the AASC: Fully paid life members of the Alumnae Association in reuning
classes earlier than 1996 are entitled to a $25 discount on either the on-campus bed & breakfast
registration or the Alumnae College registration fees. This discount cannot be applied to the class
registration fee, the AASC registration fee, or meal fees. If applicable, this discount will automatically
be deducted from online registrations. Please remember to deduct your discount from the total due,
if you register by mail or fax.
 
Refund Policy: The class registration fee, Alumnae Association registration fee, and Alumnae
College lunch fee are nonrefundable. Requests for refunds of meal or bed & breakfast payments
must be made in writing and received or postmarked no later than a date TBD. We are unable make
meal and bed & breakfast refunds after this date. All refund requests will be processed following
the completion of All Reunion weekend (May 20–23). Please allow up to four weeks after All Reunion
weekend for receipt of your refund.
