Application deadline: Friday, February 5, 2010

Each applicant will be notified of the Association's decision by e-mail in early March.
Outstanding applicants who apply for work coordinator or ambassador positions will be contacted for interviews.

Working for Reunion is a rare opportunity for students to witness and honor Smith alumnae and traditions. You are invited to apply to work during this very special time from Sunday, May 9 through Sunday, May 23, 2010. Unfortunately, we do not accept applications from graduating seniors.

Please read the requirements and information below carefully and return the application to the Alumnae House by 4:00 pm on Friday, February 5th. The application process is competitive and previous experience in similar positions is always helpful.

Applicants for any one of these positions must meet the following requirements:
  • Able to remain on campus from Sunday, May 9, through Sunday, May 23, 3 p.m.
  • Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) from Sunday, May 9, through Sunday, May 23.
  • Free of all other commitments during this time (i.e. PUSH, Ushers, Theater, Glee Club,
    a capella, athletics, etc.).
  • Able to attend Reunion Training in April, weekday evening TBD.
  • Have a W-4 and I-9 form on file with Payroll or Financial Aid Office.
