Each applicant will be notified of the Association's decision by e-mail in early March.
Outstanding applicants who apply for work coordinator or ambassador positions will be contacted for interviews.

 

Selection Criteria

Applicants will be hired based on the following criteria:

Reunion Student Worker

  1. Previous successful experience as a Reunion Student Worker.
  2. On-campus experience in dining services, housekeeping, or off-campus equivalent experience.

Reunion Work Coordinator

  1. Previous successful experience as a Reunion Work Coordinator or Reunion Student Worker.
  2. Supervisory and/or leadership experience.
  3. On-campus experience in dining services, housekeeping, doorwatch, or off-campus equivalent experience.

Reunion Ambassador

  1. Previous successful experience as a Reunion Ambassador, Work Coordinator or Student Worker.
  2. Leadership and customer service experience.
  3. On-campus experience in dining services, housekeeping, doorwatch, or off-campus equivalent experience.

 

 
Applicants for any one of these positions must meet the following requirements:
  • Able to remain on campus from Sunday, May 9, through Sunday, May 23, 3 p.m.
  • Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) from Sunday, May 9, through Sunday, May 23.
  • Free of all other commitments during this time (i.e. PUSH, Ushers, Theater, Glee Club,
    a capella, athletics, etc.).
  • Able to attend Reunion Training in April, weekday evening TBD.
  • Have a W-4 and I-9 form on file with Payroll or Financial Aid Office.
