Job Descriptions

REUNION STUDENT WORKER:
Hourly Reunion pay rate of $8.75 for all shifts worked, plus room and board, from Sunday, May 9, through 3pm on Sunday, May 23, 2010.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Attend the Reunion Training in April, weekday evening TBD.
- Attend other scheduled and mandatory trainings in May.
- House and room cleaning and preparation. Work as a team member supervised by a work coordinator. Dining Services (including waitressing, running, dishwashing), doorwatch, and other jobs related to Reunion such as Parade assistants, porters, shuttle driving, registration assistant, etc.
REUNION WORK COORDINATOR:
Hourly Reunion pay rate TBD for all shifts worked, plus room and board from Sunday, May 9, through 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 23, 2010. Each work coordinator will be responsible for a specific campus house.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Attend the Reunion Training in April, weekday evening TBD.
- Attend other scheduled and mandatory trainings in May.
- Attend daily group meetings during Reunion with Alumnae Association staff.
- Work with housekeeping supervisors and Alumnae Association staff in coordinating the preparation of houses for reunion guests.
- Distribute and collect sign-in sheets which are used for payroll.
- Supervise student worker team and assist with all housekeeping duties.
- Monitor doorwatch schedule for assigned house and open the house each day for doorwatch worker.
- Work dining services, doorwatch and spot jobs shifts when free from work coordinator duties.
REUNION AMBASSADOR:
Hourly Reunion pay rate TBD for all shifts worked, plus room and board from Sunday, May 9, through 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 23, 2010. Each ambassador will be responsible for supporting a specific class or classes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Attend the Reunion Training in April, weekday evening TBD.
- Attend Ambassador Training in early April. TBD.
- Attend other scheduled and mandatory trainings in May.
- Contact reunion chairs prior to reunion and assist them in preparing their class headquarters.
- Welcome alumnae to their assigned houses upon arrival.
- Guide alumnae through reunion programs and act as a student ambassador at class functions.
- Ambassadors will work housekeeping shifts Monday through Wednesday of each reunion period.
- While their classes are on campus for reunion programs, ambassadors will be on call 24 hours a day and will be housed with the class to which they are assigned.

Applicants for any one of these positions must meet the following requirements:
- Able to remain on campus from Sunday, May 9, through Sunday, May 23, 3 p.m.
- Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) from Sunday, May 9, through Sunday, May 23.
- Free of all other commitments during this time (i.e. PUSH, Ushers, Theater, Glee Club,
a capella, athletics, etc.).
- Able to attend Reunion Training in April, weekday evening TBD.
- Have a W-4 and I-9 form on file with Payroll or Financial Aid Office.
