Music and travel—it’s a perfect combination. On this delightful cruise of the legendary Danube, music will be your constant companion. You’ll enjoy great musical works in historic palaces and opera houses, while exploring the enchanting cities along what Napoleon once called “the king of Europe’s rivers.” Your journey begins with three nights in the baroque city of Salzburg. Then it’s on to Passau for a tour of St. Stephen’s Cathedral, home to the world’s largest pipe organ. In Passau, you’ll cruise to Dürnstein, with its medieval cobble-stone streets and eighteenth-century architecture. By the time you disembark at your final stop in Budapest, you’ll be charmed by the region’s beauty, history, and rich musical heritage.
