If you are requesting a Broadcast E-mail be sent for your class or club we will need:

1. The class or club you need the e-mail sent to and what your role is with the class/club
2. The subject for the e-mail broadcast
3. The name of the person you want the message to come from (the sender's name)
4. The email address of the person you want the message to come from (the sender's email address)
5. The text of the body of the message itself
