Alumnae Education
March 26-27, 2009

In these tough times, connecting with successful, like-minded women is more important than ever.

This exciting two-day event will combine personal stories and panel discussions for a compelling look at the current climate for women in business. Alumnae at all levels of the profession will share how they created their own definitions of success, while others will offer useful tips for navigating the world of work.

A highlight of the program will be a keynote address and panel discussion on the important topic of business ethics, planned in conjunction with Smith’s philosophy department, ethics program, and the Women and Financial Independence Program.

Attend and you will:
• Hear from accomplished business leaders, including Shelly Lazarus ’68, Dolores Kunda ’77,
Betsy Stark ’78, and Eileen Fisher
• Expand your network with other Smith women in business
• Share strategies for building a stronger community of women in a competitive business environment
