Rachel Hitchen ’27 Receives Coast Guard Scholarship
Hitchen, the child of veteran Gregory Hitchen, was one of 187 students to be awarded funds by the Coast Guard Foundation in 2023. “These are talented, high-achieving students who are already serving their communities the way their family members do,” the foundation told silive.com.
