Smith Leads in Number of Accepted 2024 Fulbright Scholars
Recently, the college was recognized as a top-producing institution of students accepted into the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program. According to the Fulbright Program, these scholars are given the opportunity to travel to one of some 130 countries to lecture and/or conduct research.

In Northampton, Lowenthal photographed a mother opossum with babies clinging to her fur and submitted the image to Mass Audubon. He told the Daily Hampshire Gazette, “[Opossums are] adorable and helpless and vulnerable, and none more so than this family.”
