Shirley Sagawa ’83 Nominated for National Service Board

Named as a nominee for the Corporation for National and Community Service’s board of directors, Sagawa previously served in the White House under Presidents Bill Clinton and George H. W. Bush. She also received the Smith College Medal in 2011.

Deborah Lew Seidel ’68 Joins Lenny Zakim Fund Board

Earlier this year, Seidel was named as one of five new members of the Boston-based nonprofit’s board of directors. According to a statement, the LZF’s mission is to provide resources and other forms of support to those most impacted by inequity.
