Returning Users

Access the Smith Alumnae Directory
Forgot password?  Click the above link and follow the instructions.

New Users 

  1. Access Alumnae Directory
  2. Click find my username. The username will most likely be the email Smith has on file.
  3. On the next screen, complete the required fields (First name, Current last name, Class year, Senior house).
  4. Click get username.
  5. When username is displayed, click Reset Password.
  6. A password reset email will be sent to the email address listed on the previous screen. Click on the link in the email. When prompted, enter a password of at least 8 characters.

Troubleshooting

  • Some users are unable to find themselves because Smith has a different senior house on file than what they consider their senior house. If no results are returned, contact alumnae@smith.edu during business hours.
  • If an error occurs or the account is listed as disabled, email alumnae@smith.edu for assistance.
  • If you did not receive the password reset email, check your spam folder.
