Update your contact information
Smith College maintains an online alumnae directory. We encourage all alumnae to update their contact information (including current e-mail address) directly with the Alumnae Association of Smith College. This will ensure that you receive all Smith College Club information including our newsletters and invitations to our events!To update your contact information, please do one of the following:
1) Use the Alumnae Online Directory
Visit the AASC website and login on the left side of the page under “Alumnae Directory.” If you are a new user, enter your last name and your Smith ID number (your ID number, starting with AV, can be found over your name on the mailing label of your SAQ or it can be requests from alumnae@smith.edu) and follow steps to set up an account.

A new website has created just for alums at smith.edu/alum. It’s packed with information about programs and meaningful ways you can connect with classmates and the college. I hope you’ll bookmark the site and visit often to do things like watch webinars, join our Book Club, find a book written by a Smithie and get updates from campus. Here are a few new pages I thought you might find particularly interesting:
The International Community Page
The Alums & Your Impact page, where you can read about fellow Smithies and explore ways to network with one another
The Events & Programs page, where you can learn about all the great programming Smith has in store for you starting in the fall
The Volunteers pages, which list lots of ways to get involved with the college
The Classes, Clubs & Groups page, which offers fun ways to connect with Smith
While you’re on the site, we hope you’ll update your info in the Alum Directory so you can find friends, meet other Smithies and choose how you want to receive news from the college.
