We are pleased to launch our new website! In the spirit of the 21st century, this is the new incarnation of the paper directories that we all knew and loved. Please register as a member of the club!
We will keep you posted with our latest events and news on the site. We also encourage any member who has a subject of interest she would like to showcase to volunteer to host a private event. Just contact us with a description. After the success of last year’s ‘Salons’ we are happy to promote a chance for Smithies to share these opportunities. You will also find a bulletin board called ‘Sophiaslist’ that can be a forum for finding interns, lending out a flat, or questions of any kind. We hope that this website will highlight our greatest resource as a club – each other!
The sisterhood and passion for learning that is fundamental to our Smith experience is being continued in Great Britain, whether we make our lives here, or are passing through for study or work. We also strive to foster support, lively debate and understanding as we further the aim of the College’s mission: the education of tomorrow’s global women leaders.
