Judith Arnold’s first book, Silent Beginnings, was published by Silhouette Books in 1983. She has since written more than seventy-five novels. Arnold has received several awards from Romantic Times magazine, including Best Harlequin American Romance of the Year, Best Superromance, Best Series Romantic Novel, and she received a Lifetime Achievement Certificate of Merit for Innovative Series Romance. She has also been a finalist for the Golden Medallion Award, the RITA Award from Romance Writers of America, and has been a nominee for the Romance Writer’s of America Lifetime Achievement Award. Her novel Love in Bloom was named by Publishers Weekly as one of 2002’s Best Books of the Year. In 2005, The Fixer Upper was named Romantic Times Best Women’s Fiction Novel of the Year. Arnold lives in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
