 On this extraordinary, weeklong
trip, you'll see four world-class
plays: one at the Royal Shakespeare
Company; two on the
London stage; and one at the Rose
Theatre in Kingston, where you will
see Sir Peter Hall's production of
Midsummer Night's Dream starring
Dame Judi Dench. You’ll be treated
to intimate backstage discussions
with a leading actor at The Old
Vic and the RSC, and you'll meet
one of London’s top theatre critics.
Your theatre holiday will be based
at the four-star Cavendish Hotel in
St. James’s, the most elegant part
of the West End, and will include
a day-long excursion to Stratford-upon-Avon. In Stratford you’ll
visit Shakespeare’s birthplace, his
daughter’s home, and Holy Trinity
Church, where he was baptized.
