Co-President – Erin Molloy, AC’09
During her time at Smith, Erin became fascinated with the untold histories of women in America. While double-majoring in History and the Study of Women and Gender, Erin worked as an intern in the Sophia Smith Collection, helping process the collections of 20th century women activists, including Loretta Ross and Joan E. Biren (JEB). Both her academic studies and archival experience led her to pursue a Masters in Public History, and she is currently ABD in her PhD history program. Erin served as Ada Class Co-President from 2007-2008, and was an active cabinet member in Ada organizations Smith Kids Connection and Adas Helping Adas. She currently works at the National Archives in Washington, D.C.
C0-President – Dianne Jester, AC’16
Dianne majored in American Studies and Archive Management. She was an intern in the Smith Admissions Office and was honored to serve on the Ada class cabinet and as the 2015 class president. A highlight of her Smith experience was her Archive capstone project: The 40 Year History of the Ada Comstock Program. After Smith, Dianne completed her Master’s in Education. She currently resides in Northampton and advises graduate students at the Isenberg School of Management. She also teaches composition to first-year college students.
Secretary – Anne McNeill, AC’92
Anne was an American Studies major at Smith. She has been a Smith College volunteer as Pasadena Club President, Alumnae Association Regional Coordinator, Smith Students Aid Society board member, and member of the Alumnae Association Classes Committee, as well as the Ada Class formation committee. She worked as a paralegal/legal secretary; in the office of the Mayor of Los Angeles; as an innkeeper; and as donor database manager and development assistant in a senior center. Anne is now retired, but keeps busy cooking and baking, gardening, hiking, and volunteering for the local newspaper and with Parks & Open Space doing trail and site maintenance.

Digital Media Coordinator –Jennifer Williams, AC ’06
Jennifer was a Psychology major at Smith from 2002 – 2006 and served on the class cabinet in various roles as well as founding Adas Helping Adas and coordinating a campus-wide awareness raising campaign to de-mystify the Ada program to traditional students, faculty, and staff. Since graduating Jennifer has served two terms on the Ada Alumnae Class Cabinet, and is now in her third term. Outside of volunteering as an Ada alum, Jennifer works in the non-profit sector in communications and fundraising. She spends her spare time practicing Qigong or in her art studio.

Stephanie Schoen, AC’91
Stephanie was an English major at Smith with a focus on writing. W
hile still a student, she wrote feature articles for the Daily Hampshire Gazette. After graduation, Stephanie began working at the College in the Financial Aid Office for two years and then in the Development Office until 2007, at which time moved to Boston and served as director of donor relations at Northeastern University. She is now retired. Stephanie has remained involved with the Ada Comstock Scholars program over the years in various ways, including serving as alumnae class secretary and class president, and serving as the Ada representative on the Alumnae Association Board of Directors.
Rachael Lapwood, AC’10
Rachael grew up in New Zealand, moved to Chicago in 2001, and then to Northampton to start Smith as an Ada in 2006. She graduated in 2010 with a degree in Psychology. She has worked for a domestic violence/sexual assault nonprofit as the youth advocate, recently moved to Littleton NH, and has recently accepted a position at the Office of Child Support. While she misses Northampton immensely, she loves the mountains and a lifestyle that reminds her of home.
