On Saturday, April 10, 2021 we enjoyed a fascinating presentation by Andy Cox, Executive Director of Auxiliary Services at Smith. About two dozen Smithies from the north shore of Boston and surrounding cities gathered on Zoom to hear how Smith is using locally sourced foods in their menu options. We also learned about the recycling and sustainability practices that are being followed on campus. Results from a student survey were also shared and we learned what students today consider important in their dining experiences.
