Where: From the Harvard/Cambridge side, walk across the Weeks Bridge, turn right and you’ll see a lower grassy area. Look for the Smith banner and alums in Smith gear, John W. Weeks Bridge, Boston, MA 02134
Come ready to show your Smith spirit at the Head of the Charles Regatta! Join fellow Smith alums from local clubs for a potluck picnic by the river, then cheer on and meet the Smith Rowing Team!
Schedule
- 12:00 pm Potluck Picnic with Smith alums from regional clubs: Boston, Cambridge, North Shore, and West of Boston. Bring a favorite dish to share! Potluck sign up coming soon.
- 1:40 pm Crews launch before racing. Come spectate and cheer!
- Exact Time TBD: Smith Team scheduled to row (~17-20 min.).
- After 3:00 pm Meet with Smith Rowing Team members
(near trailer in the park between the tents and the Finish Area Launch Site – FALS).
Parking Options:
Harvard Stadium, Gate 14 is recommended: $30/day (6 am-6 pm). *Cashless payment only.* Allow extra time to park and walk—it will be crowded!
