Fall Concert & Picnic at Caramoor

Admission to the concert is free for families and individuals. Visitors may bring in food and drink as well as visit the concession stand.
This is a family-friendly space. Please feel free to bring family and friends who would like to join us.

Want to Coordinate or Host and Event?
If you have an event in mind that you’d like to coordinate or host, we would love to help you make that happen.
Here is how it works:
8 weeks before the event: Contact us (westchestersmithies@gmail.com) with your event concept, date, and basic details.
6 weeks before the event: Email us with all the details required for the invite, including title, description, date, time, RSVP information, and if appropriate, payment details, etc.
2 weeks before the event: Touchbase with us about any additional needs or concerns
1 week after the event: Send us a short update on how the event went (with pictures if possible!)
