The Boston Smith College Club will gladly process refunds when the following happens:
- A participant provides advance notice about cancellation via email to BostonSmithCollegeClub@gmail.com at least one week prior to event
- BSCC needs to cancel the event
When refunds are provided, monies will be returned directly to participants. For clear accounting, refunded dollars cannot be transferred to another BSCC event or payment for a membership or to another member. BSCC will make every effort to provide a 48 hour notice.
